Aging: The Monferrato Rosso “Noi Due” undergoes aging for at least 18 months in tonneaux Soil: Sandy clay Training and pruning systems: Guyot Plant density: 4500 plants per hectare Altitude: 350 meters above sea level with southeast exposure
The harvest takes place towards the end of September (depending on the year), completely manual in 20kg crates with traditional winemaking for 15 days. Aging in barrels enhances the bouquet of the wine. Hints of vanilla, slightly tannic with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
